Compliment the failure

                      We all know the word success but never complimented the failure many times.

​Quite people are successful in their careers after they crossed the bridge called failure.

Why do students fail or get less marks in exam? ​

A student fails or gets less marks in exam because he does not know all the factors or does not pay attention to all the factors which make a student get high grades in exam.A brilliant student pays attention to all the factors which make him succeed in exam. 

We never missed to compliment the Brilliant student.But we have to make sure that there are some key factors which leads him to acheive this.If you can figure it out you can convey the same factor to the other students who is attaining the low marks.  I believe thats the real compliment to the failure.But unfortunately we missed many opportunities to compliment the failures in our life. 

I hope we are all Students only until we stopped our learnings.
